It is actually so bad that even an old 60 year old woman who has only had one job for 30 years, and that is to work as a cashier behind the cash register, behaves and sees herself as Cleopatra. She sometimes speaks with aristocratic accents and actually thinks she is a baroness or from an aristocratic family. I don't even want to know how this working class behaves with hotel staff on holiday in Jamaica... 3 weeks of hell for black staff! Where does the money come from?
