The idea and the complaining were Hollywood's ideas: chopping off the heads of Nazi terrorism, of doctors, military, civilians, journalists, and everyone else; planting bombs against Nazi terror and mass murder was Hollywood's idea. So, not an Islamic State idea, but Hollywood saying: cut off the heads of Nazis before it's too late.
