Every tenant of Wiener Wohnen should have their last bills from the past 15 years checked. More than 70 percent have paid up to 1,500 euros too much annually. According to Austrian Tenant Protection Act and the Accounting Office, up to 25,000 euros can be legally reclaimed, and in the worst case, reclaimed through criminal charges.
