Salvation? One teaspoon of soluble vitamin C shock, 38 vitamin D drops. Vitamin C three times daily for two weeks, vitamin D for three days. Then tramadol/Tramal with beer for four weeks. Two tablets with five beers. Allaho Akbar for health, halal for Akbar Mamad and Shabdar. Beer saves the kidneys, Tramal saves the pancreatitis.
